We hope you love what you receive. Since our products are carefully made and handled, we request you to read this policy before placing your order.

Returns

  • We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photographs of the issue.

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Made-to-Order & Handmade Products

  • Made-to-order or customised products are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received by us, refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, refunds will be processed and a fresh order can be placed.
